Sender of Record
Winback messages are sent by the ISP, to the ISP's own former customers, under the ISP's own registered brand and messaging campaign. Dauntless Systems provides the platform that composes, schedules, and delivers those messages — it is never the sender.
Consent & Opt-Out
Campaigns run only against your own former-customer records. Winback has no mechanism for messaging contacts who never had a relationship with your company.
A STOP reply halts all messaging to that number at once. The number is added to a suppression list and synced back to your systems so it stays opted out everywhere.
Every message identifies your brand and carries reply-to-opt-out instructions. No exceptions, no configuration that removes it.
Messages send between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone. The platform will not send outside that window.
